. Since HDR isn’t really all that great without like 1000nits anyways, and I’m using this for my mac studio as a work screen, I don’t care about gaming or refresh rate (though 70hz is nice). I expected less than what this monitor gives. The stand is very sturdy and has a smaller footprint than the LG Ultrafine 27UN850-W it replaces. Picture is brighter and clearer after some basic adjustments. Color is perfectly -fine- if you’re not a designer, especially at this price point. I will never test the speakers. I’m using a thunderbolt to display port adapter and everything works great. I love that there’s not a bunch of gimmicky random features no one ever uses that usually aren’t very well implemented in the first place like my other monitors, so it feels like I’m simply paying for a solid, reliably 32″ 4k monitor and that’s what I got. Had it for a few days now and as for it’s sturdiness, I accidentally let this slip out of the box as I was opening it and it fell onto my polished concrete floor about a foot and a half and had zero cracks or anything. I was worried but no dead pixels or anything at all.

The image is good but material is very fragile mine cracked just from holding it.

Acepta HDMI y DP.

. I am using it for for (home office) working with work Mac, I am software engineer in a technology company. For that kind of work it is good.It is compatible with company MAC, works well at 4K 60 Hz, lots of screen space, good contrast, color and viewing angles. Earlier I attempted to work with budget VA monitor and color/contrast shift with angle made it impossible for me to work with. This is so much better. This is first monitor for the last 5-7 years that does not have acceptable calibration and I have bought some budget models in the past. Closest to the passable calibration is ‘Preset: Standard’, Temperature – Normal, Backlight: 35, gamma – 2.2, everything else – default. That puts you at optimal 120 nit for low to moderately lit room, ~5400K color temperature.Gamma curve is somewhat steeper than it should be, that makes lights lighter and lows darker than expected. Gamma adjustment are not coherent, 2.2 is only working value.According to my display calibrator the panel has contrast of ~850 (good for IPS), and max brightness of 250 nit, usable 225 nit. This is on the low side but totally ok if you are not viewing in direct sunlight. Gamut is higher than sRGB, reds are somewhat off. For some reason I could not achieve decent calibration on Mac with Eye One calibrator and Argyll software even at max quality settings without having to go down on a contrast to 1:300 which was too low for the work I am doing so I ended up using default calibration curves. I could not fix gamma with brightness/contrast either for the same reason. Conclusion – good for office/productivity work with all that real estate, especially at the price, any kind of half-decent color/contrast work requirements – pass. My 15 yr old Dell has better color rendering from the factory than this.

. I have a LGUL600 27-inch, so I went ahead and ordered a LGUN500 32-inch. I didn’t realize the UN500 was a VA panel and it looked terrible compared to the UL600 (IPS panel). I then ordered this and just set it up. For the price the quality is great. The IPS looks awesome and I’m satisfied. You can’t beat this for $200, especially considering the LGUN500 is $300!

. I was hesitant about getting this as it almost seemed too cheap (I spent $170), but I’m happy to report it’s great. I do professional design work and this monitor is bright, has great color accuracy and is crystal clear. I actually had to lower the resolution because at the max 4K my content became too small. Awesome monitor.

. Nice big screen with minimal bezel, strong metal stand (not plastic) does not adjust up or down, but you can tilt it forward or bag. fast response time, very sharp picture, easy to adjust with menu, 2 display port and 2 HDMI inputs, very versatile, overall I am very happy with this purchase, great price!!

. I bought this 27″ monitor because it had all the features I wanted at a great price. It’s such a good value, I couldn’t go wrong. I’m not a heavy gamer, but for what I play, it looks great and is quick. It’s 4k, so videos and movies are a joy to watch. It’s very bright, has two built-in speakers that sound good, and supports HDMI (what I use) and DisplayPort connections. Like all monitors, I find the built-in buttons, menus, and navigation clumsy at best. I wish this came with an app where you could adjust all settings through software. Note: the HDMI supports a max refresh of 30 mhz at 4k. If you want the full 60 mhz refresh, you’ll want to use a DP connection.

. Excellent so far, this picture is from a full screen 4K clip on YouTube Brian Tyler Cohen does his clips in 4K so it was a quick and easy to get a picture, and my phone/camera doesn’t do it justice. For those not getting 4K out of it, if you read the directions it says to use HDMI #1 not the #2 one for the 4K @ 60Hz. I’m sure either of the Display Ports will do the 4K @ 60Hz, I will try that as well, but if you only have an HDMI port on your computer, use HDMI #1, look at it, they are numbered One and Two, use #1. I was a little skeptical of this brand because I know their sub $100 monitors people have not had great luck with them, but this one is running and looking great, I hope it lasts and continues looking so nice. Had to retire that 24 inch Asus 238H I had bought in 2011. Let’s see how long this one can hang in there. It was a good purchase.
