. I bought this for two reasons:1. the cooling fans to help the console stay a little cooler.2. The way it looks, its nice, clean, sleek, and not bulky like all other brands.I dont care much for the RGB lights, so when I turn them off then play for a bit then turn off the console for the night and turn it on the next day, the lights come back on so I assume the lights do NOT have a “keep off” memory feature which is annoying when you are already comfy in bed and decide you want to watch a movie and dont want to get back up to turn the light off. So that being said, when you are in a dark room the breathing effect is very annoying and distracting either while watching a movie or playing a game.Unfortunately if one doesn’t want the light they will have to take it apart and disable the lights. which I will probably do this weekendOther then the annoying lights not staying off and not having a white light to match the ps5 light. I like everything about it. I dont use the trays either, so I may modify them to allow even more space for exhausting air to flow out.

. The media could not be loaded. As you can see this unit is a big boy! If you are planning to get one of these you better make sure you have the room for it because you will want to show off your RGB lights for sure. Kiwihome knows us gamers love RGB lights. Straight up I will say I’m not a fan of controller charging docks that use the USB-C port to charge. I feel that after a lot of use the connector pin might loosen, however the ones on this product seemed very firm and rigid. Nonetheless, I hate feeling like I’m in the movies trying to find the cup holder in the dark trying to plug-in my controller. it’s worth mentioning this unit has 3 USB-A port in the front which is cool and lights to let you know if your controllers are charging or are fully charged. The game storage tray is not the greatest but gets the job done. Also I think even though the product is quite large I feel the design looks great with the PS5 and I love the fact the station connects to the PS5 in the back of the console so there are no annoying cables in the way. Overall good product for the price.

. Two round fans and round ports. Ps5 has a long narrow slot of openings. Why isn’t the cooling station a channel and sealing foam tape to draw air out of the machine vs simply removing air from the area around the base of the machine. It does work better then the others I’ve tried, but nobody seems to get it right! Somebody with a 3d printer could make a solution that actually works.So is t great but moves enough air to cool the machine in conjunction with the three vertical fans that clip to the back of the machine. The two together really keep the machine noticeably cooler. Keep the fan on highest setting. Is it quiet… uh no! But with the headset on who can hear it anyway. Better to keep the machine cool.Now the two trays that pull out are cheap trash. Just leave them closed.
