. I though for the price, I would be getting a near flawless charging station, that is not the case. It is sleek and compact, probably too sleek and compact. It has a high center of gravity that causes issues when removing the phone. When I remove the phone, if I have other things charging, those other things will fall off. I took my phone off this morning and my Watch Ultra fell off as well as the Airpods charging on the back. It’s kind of stupid. The airpods sit on a little shelf that is held on by magnets, that also will fall off. The base swivel should probably be bigger than it is to add some stability. I guess Pitaka went with slim and compact over stability. I will probably be returning it.

. The Pitaka MagEZ Slider 2 is an exceptional phone accessory that combines sleek design with practical functionality. The main charging component of the MagEZ Slider 2 is also a removable and portable power bank that you can take with you for that extra bit of juice.The power bank not only can charge while it’s docked in the MagEZ Slider 2, but also can charge via USB-C independently. The power bank works with most cases (I haven’t found one that it hasn’t yet, and I go through many cases!).The MagEZ Slider 2 not only charges your phone, but also your AirPods and Apple Watch (with the additional watch charging accessory). The great thing about this charger which not many others on the market have is the fact it has a sticky base, this helps to keep the charger stay where you want it to, but also has a locking mechanism so that you can lock the charging component in one spot so it doesn’t spin around.The minimalist design is a great addition to any bedside table or office desk, making it stylish but practical at the same time.While the price does seem high, the fact that it does fast wireless charging at 7.5W and the convenience of being able to charge all your Apple devices in one small and nifty device makes it a highly recommended purchase. Most other chargers only charge at a maximum of 5W.The only thing which I wish it came with was a power brick for all this, but you can easily pick one up quite cheaply!

. I’ve tried many all in one chargers, and I believe this is the best one out there. It’s very compact for charging your phone, watch, and Airpods. It’s easy to use as it is very easy to attach each device to the charging in a way that you are confident it will be charging. The charging speed is very good, though you do have to make sure that the usb adapter and charging cable is rated for the power draw of the charger. The detachable battery is very handy when you can’t be at your desk but happen to be low on charge. The battery is small and light enough to not be bothersome but I don’t think it can fully charge a phone. It’s nice in a pinch. It’s also really nice that it acts as a phone holder which can work in both the portrait and landscape orientation thanks to the magnet. The spinning of the charger is surprisingly satisfying with the small clicking sounds it makes as you rotate it around. Sometimes I would play with it for no reason at all. The main negative of this is the cost. I like to have chargers all over the house (hence my many chargers) and it’s just not cost efficient to use this one everywhere. I just have it at my desk. Also, since it can be stuck onto the desk (which I do) it isn’t practical to take it off to take with you traveling. It’s also bulkier than I would like to use it for traveling anyway. All in all, if you like the best stuff, and are willing to shell out the extra cash for it, this is the charger to get.

. I recently added this charger to my collection, and it synchronizes perfectly with my existing Pitaka cases. One minor observation: the battery tends to warm up a bit when charging outside the stand, but that’s a common occurrence with many chargers and not an alarming concern. What’s particularly noteworthy is its portability – it’s been a lifesaver on those days when I’ve forgotten to charge my phone and need to head out abruptly. The battery and watch charger components are exceptionally travel-friendly. Adjusting the stand is gratifying, accompanied by a distinct clicking action which assures you of its stability. An added advantage is the adhesive sticker on the bottom – it firmly anchors the stand, making it especially ideal for glass surfaces. All in all, it’s a fine addition to my collection.
