. Wow, Lenovo! You are killing it in the low end product line-up these days. I have an AMD-based Flex 14 and for the money its a great multi-purpose laptop. The Tab M8 continues the pattern of offering a great low-end price for very good value.I have been buying, returning, or reselling the spectrum of tablets for a long time in search of one that checks every box I want in a tablet: Inexpensive, reasonably high quality build, acceptable performance and features.First the huge surprise: The battery life is insanely good compared to just about any other tablet I’ve used. Screen-on time of roughly 16.5 hours at 50-60% brightness and still 15% battery left after a mix of games, browsing, reading PDFs and watching videos. This is just incredible and easily 2x or more the battery life I’m used to seeing in a cheap tablet. I could take this on a very long day of travelling and be reasonable sure I wouldn’t need to top up the charge. The resolution is sufficient, but nothing special at 1280×800. However PDFs and text is very readable and quite clear unless you are pressing it to your face so a higher res isn’t really necessary and would just negatively impact battery life for little gain.Performance is surprisingly good for a mediatek CPU. In the past the MTK CPUs I’ve used in inexpensive tablets have been severely lacking in performance, barely able to smoothly scroll a webpage, let alone play games and such. While this CPU benchmarks on the lower end of the spectrum, it still provides a surprising amount of punch and even fairly intense games are mostly smooth and playable.Warning: For netflix HD users, this tablet lacks the DRM chip needed to watch in HD. You can still watch Netflix, but I believe it tops out at DVD resolution or roughly 540p. Since the screen is only effectively 720p its really not that big of a deal for me.

. I love my Lenovo tablet! This tablet has a lot going for it. I was looking to replace my Dragon Touch, that only lasted 10 months, and the extra money it cost for this tablet is so worth it. I’ve also learned my lesson and got an extended warranty. I’ve just never needed extended warranties with my Kindles since they are such work horses and last a couple of years, at least. My husband uses an old Kindle of my daughters that has got to be at least 5 years old.I am writing this review as a quadriplegic with limited use of my hands. So some of the things I’m going to mention are a particular use for me, but I’m sure are great features for anyone. The screen is clear and bright and doesn’t cause eye strain for me. The brightness setting gives me lots of choice on how bright I want the screen. There is a built-in eye protection setting if you want to reduce the blue light coming from your screen. I do not use it because I prefer the brighter screen. The on screen keyboard gives me a lot more options for use than my Dragon Touch did. It is a good size and isn’t as overly sensitive as my Dragon Touch keyboard. It gives me a little more time to linger on a letter before it switches to the alternate keys (a verses ã). It also has a predictor pro built in which my last tablet did not have. The microphone setting, so that I can do speech to text, is very good. The keyboard also comes with its own clipboard setting. The speaker is acceptable, but then again, I’m not an audiophile who needs amazing speakers. I do have it hooked up to my Bose Bluetooth speaker, which gives me very nice sound. The speaker works for general web browsing and YouTube viewing. There is plenty of space for all my apps. I haven’t even inserted a microSD card, because I still have hordes of space left. It feels fast enough when loading and I haven’t noticed any lag time.I love the built-in setting which allows me to wake up my tablet by either double tapping it or raising it up. It’s very hard for me to be constantly pushing the power button to wake it up. This feature alone is a big deal for me.I like that there is a indicator light that tells me when my tablet is charging (red, charging – green, charged) which also can be set to flash when I get a notification. Both features can be disabled under the display settings. I would think that the flashing light might be very useful for the seeing impaired. It doesn’t take long to charge and holds a charge for a lot longer than my Dragon Touch. I also use a Kindle HD (which I love, but it’s obviously not Android) and my cell phone, so I do not use this for really long periods of time. Even with sporadic usage I get two days of use out of it before I have to charge it again. I also don’t notice any warmth or heat coming from the battery when I charge it.I’m sure as I get to know my tablet better I will find other settings and options to explore. Overall, I am very happy with my new tablet. Great job Lenovo!

The media could not be loaded.

Excellent little tablet. It is cheap but well made. It is fast and up to date with good storage. Charges quickly and holds a charge for quite some time. It is somewhat delicate so I bought a hardy wallet to keep it in. I bought it to have available everything I need for travel as the door is opening once more. The Tab will be used for any important travel info that has to be digitized especially any electronic Q&R for a future COVID vaccination history and proof. For the price it has everything you need and a great compact unit.

. The Samsung A8 is near bottom of the Samsung line up of tablets. It comes in two memory sizes, 3gb and 4gb versions starting at 64gb of storage. Let me start by saying, there is no reason whatsoever to buy the 32gb variant as it comes with only 3gb of physical ram. That extra gig of ram is what makes this tablet worth the money. I only recommend the 4gb variant, and find the 64gb storage model is really the sweet spot with this tablet. So let’s get into the review. The first thing I noticed is the weight. It is a heavy tablet. This is not a deterrent to me as I do most of my gaming using an Xbox controller (bluetooth) so I am not holding onto the tablet for long periods of time. This is good because the weight of it becomes cumbersome very quickly. The 10.5″ screen is good, not great, but good. The tablet resolution, while not fantastic does allow HD playback on netflix. This is a nice touch. There is however, a one inch bezel round the screen. This makes the tablet look dated, as the era of large bezels is well beyond us. The only good thing about such large bezels is it gives the user a place to put their fingers when holding onto the tablet. The screen is quite bright, although the glossy surface does make use in bright environments difficult. My biggest issue with the screen is that it does not brighten or darken well when there is a change of lighting environment. This is a feature we have become used to, so it feels like a real miss in terms of ease of use. There are four speakers on this tablet on top and bottom (portrait mode) and they get quite loud. Don’t expect audiophile quality here, but they do the trick, and were able to create a wide soundstage when watching a movie. I would recommend the use of a quality earphone solution. I use QE2 monitor headphones and the sound was much better. There is no EQ baked into the OS, which is a letdown. There are few buttons on the side, a volume rocker, power switch and an earphone jack as well as USB C charging. It does support Bluetooth, which is good. I was able to have music playing on the tablet, and wash dishes in the kitchen while the tablet remained in the living room without any loss in signal. I also used it at the laundromat, with the tablet in a backpack, and was able to stay connected. One thing that is missing with the Bluetooth is hearing aid compatibility. While I can download the hearing aid app, connecting my aids to the tablet is another thing. Most hearing aid connections are established through the accessibility options in settings, however, Samsung chose not to include any hearing aid connections in their accessibility options. This is a huge miss. Those of us who are reliant upon hearing aids will find their experience reduced as a result. Considering this connection is just a software fix, not having it is a huge middle finger to the deaf community. Shame on you Samsung. The battery life is okay, but when connected to a 30 watt charger, it did recharge quite quickly. Unfortunately it comes with a very low wattage wall wart, so I recommend buying a higher wattage charger. This comes with Android 11. I installed a few apps such as the Kindle app which surprisingly works much better as an app then the native program on the Kindle HD 10. I also installed a few games, Asphalt 9, Castle Wreck, Bubble shooter and Klondike Forever and lastly the You Version Bible app. None of those apps besides the kindle were available in the Kindle app store. All the apps worked well enough, although Castle Wreck did cause the tablet to slow down due to the amount of rendering involved in that game, and the low amount of physical ram.So why should you buy this tablet? If you don’t want to pay for a pad from another fruity company, but want more than can be had from the Kindle HD 10 this is for you. That is really the best comparison to The Samsung A8. Provided you purchase a 4gb model, it functions much better than the HD 10, the biggest advantage is native access to the Google Play Store, and a full fat version of Android 11. Don’t expect a feature rich tablet like the S line of Samsung, but if you are interested in light web browsing, casual gaming and reading, as well as streaming media playback, this tablet will work well.So in the end, this tablet is a good enough introduction to the tablet market. With the affordable price, it is a good tablet for children, classrooms with a good screen protector and case, or for that family member who could use a tablet, but would not have the use of a more expensive unit. I started this review by recommending only the 4gb models, (64/128 storage). Believe me, you will notice a difference. 4gb of ram is quite low by today’s standards, and you will notice that in the performance. Web pages refresh a little to quickly, and after a day of use, the tablet will become noticeably slower, requiring a reboot. This can be mitigated a bit by fully shutting off programs, (swiping up, and swiping away open programs) as well as limiting notifications. As of now, there is no indication that Samsung intends to update this tablet to Android 12, but perhaps there will be a work around. Be careful, as the A8 is very low in specifications, and forcing a newer OS unintended for the product might cause it to age quicker then designed.Overall the A8 does meet my needs, and while not wonderful in any way, it gets the job done under $400, which is a plus.

. Updated 6/26/23Other than maybe another year of quarterly security updates there will not be any further Android updates beyond Android 13. The latest security update is June 1, 2023.I am waiting on the Tab A9. So far, no definite word on whether there will be one. It will be a shame if there isn’t one because the Tab A8 once updated is a nice little tablet and meets my tablet needs. Not much power but I only use it for reading. I have a half a dozen or so reading apps besides the Kindle app and all are updated regularly.I would be disappointed if there is no Tab 9 because I dislike using Android tablets are not getting Android version updates or security updates. Going to the Tab S series just to get the latest updates given the Tab S series prices would not be my preference. The Tab A8 has served my needs nicely, but I don’t like using Android devices with old versions of Android especially when also are no longer getting security updates.Updated 9/21/22Beware the model they send you. There is more than one model of the TabA8. Unfortunately I received model SM-X200. The Samsung updates to this model are horrendous and as a result pose a security risk to the user. it is still on Android 11, One UI 3.1 and Android May 2022 security patch.I read somewhere, not confirmed that Samsung is not updating this model of the TabA8 to Android 12 and may update it to Android 13 at some point in time after Android 13 becomes available.I also have a TabA7 released one year before the TabA8 and Samsung updated my TabA7 to Android 12 months ago. Also, Samsung keeps the TabA7 up to date on Android Security patchesThe TabA8 works fine that is why I am not giving it a one star rating It is also very slow to charge. A lot slower than the TabA7.I can not recommend the SM-X200 model of the TabA8 at all. Maybe if you are in a different location this model of the TabA8 will update.Updated 3/22/22 See bottom of reviewNot reviewed for typos.I ordered a 4 x 64 version. The box said 4 x 64. The actual device as a 3 x 32. I contacted Amazon about the problem and they sent the correct replaement immediately and I received the replacement on the same date that i was scheduled to receive the originalNow about the Tab A8. I had previously purchased a Tab A7 3 x 64 from Amazon. You should be able to find my review of it on Amazon. This review is bascially a comparison of the A8 with the A7.First off. I recommend against buying the A8, 3 x 32 It wasn’t unitl I had used Switch to copy over my apps and data from the A7 to the original A8 that I received that I discovered they had sent me a 3 x 32 intead of a 4 x 64. If you order the 64GB version of the A8 it automatically comes with 4GB RAM.In any case the transfer of the apps and data from the A7 3 x 64 to the A8 3 x 32 took close to two hours using Samsung Switch. Transferring the data from the A7 to the A8, 4 x 64 took less than 15 minutes. There is no doubt that the extra 1GB RAM and 32GB of memory makes a big difference. The Tab A7 with 64GB is a very nice tablet but compared to the Tab A8 with 64GB the Tab 8A is signficantly faster. I opened multiple apps and switched between them without any lag.As I have posted before I am no gamer so I can’t comment of the gaming capabilities of either tablet but when it comes to everything else including downloading and installing updates the Tab A8 64GB is noticeably faster than the Tab A7 64GBThe display comparison is bit more complicated. The sharpness of the display is better on the A7 but the Tab A8 display at 10.5″ vs 10.4″ of the Tab A7 is more boxy and looks more like a desktop display than a tablet display. I put up a video on the Tab A8 and a 23″ Samsung desktop display monitor. While some of the picture is lost on the Tab A8 it isn’t a lot compared to the Tab A7 which crops off a good deal of the top and bottom. For some reason, the Tab A7 has a better; i.e., signficantly louder audio than the Tab A8 both running on Android 11 with Samsung UI 3.1. The Tab A8 audio is good for watching videos etc but the Tab A7 can give you room type audio when you are listening to music. I can’t judge the distortion but in any case while the Tab 8A audio is fine the Tab A7 audio is better. While neither the Tab A7 or A8 batteries will charge very fast I haven’t noticed much diffenece between the two with the Tab A8 charging a bit faster using the Samsung charging block and cable that came with the Tab A8. No comment on battery draing speed as that will always vary based upon usage. I ams satisfied with the battery drain speed on both the Tab A7 and Tab A8, Then again I don’t play games.Final comment. The Tab A8 is year newer so it came with Android 11 vs Android 10 for Tab A7. So it should get one more Android update and Samsung related UI update down the road. Both are nice tablets but the extra GB of RAM along with a different CPU makes the Tab A8 a lot more enjoyable to use.Update 3/22/22Heptics – The heptics on the Tab A8 are super sensitive which makes for very light touches. On the Tab A7 the heptics are not nearly as sensitive.Startup – With the Tab A8 there is very little impact on usage immediately upon startup after logging in. Upon login you should be able to alsmost immediately begin doing whatever. On the Tab A7 you have to wait for software like anti-malware to do their thing after login before you can do much of anything. The wait time will vary depending on your software. For that reason I don’t turn off the Tab A7 except when I know I won’t be using it for an extended period, like a day or more. I think the extra GB of RAM in the Tab A8 makes the difference since both my Tab A8 and Tab A7 are loaded with identical software including Android 11 and Samsung 3.1 UI.Battery – Samsung UI 3.1 does a good job of saving battery after it learns which takes a few days. Therefore, leaving the Tab A8 or Tab A7 on does not drain much battery once the devices are optimized by the Samsung software as long as you turn off the display when the devices are not in use. I also recommend turning off the display for playing music, streaming or otherwise if you want to save on battery drain. In order to assure continuous playing of music when the display is off you have go to the music playing app and turn on allow in battery saving mode.

. Considering what I paid for this tablet, it was worth the cost.Buyer Beware however, that while the screen has excellent visuals the overall processor is disgustingly SLOW to respond. Many times I find myself tapping the screen multiple times thinking my first tap wasn’t good enough, only to find that when the tablet does F-I-N-A-L-L-Y respond, I’m three levels deeper than I expected to be simply because all those additional taps I made trying to get the table to respond sent me past the page I wanted to be on. It that darn S-L-O-W.Otherwise, it appears to be solid in design, easy to carry and well made over all.Like I said at the start… it’s worth the close-out price I paid for it … but you definitely get what you pay for with this tablet. Honestly, I wish I would have spent the extra money for a Samsung Galaxy tablet because of how insanely slow this tablet is.

I have dropped this thing so many times but it still works very well. It’s not good for extensive schoolwork but can be used for some. I got it to hold my digital textbooks and record my lectures as I took notes on my computer. Any app that works on your phone (Android only) works on the tablet. Really good for travel or for something just a little bit bigger than a phone (it is not very big). I use Bluetooth headphones and speakers almost exclusively and it connects so well. It also had a headphone jack. Its Wi-Fi connectivity was good. It even connects to my sketchy campus Wi-Fi. It has a long-lasting battery life (I could use it for 3 days before needing to charge it in most cases), though certain apps will drain it faster just like any other device.

I had bought the exact same tablet but I made the huge mistake of buying an international model which as it turns out is not under warranty in the United States so Samsung stiffed me out my paying$155 for my previous identical (but international version) tablet by not fixing my tablet even though Samsung is the one who broke my tablet with an operating system update that bricked it! I did not break my tablet but some idiot Samsung coder sent a system update to my tablet that rendered it a paperweight because it never booted up again after that. Samsung USA refuses to honor any Samsung international products warranty, don’t even try asking them!! I tried my butt off for one month straight talking to so many different Samsung people and even had a local repair shop send it off to Texas only for the repair center to tell me they’re not going to fix it so they sent it back to me still broken. They expect me to contact and send that one off to Samsung in Chile, South America and maybe they’ll fix it but I haven’t done it yet. I just bought another tablet but made damn sure that it was the USA warranty one so that if Samsung messes up my tablet again then they will honor the warranty this time. I bought this tablet to use for flying my DJI Air 2S drone and it works perfectly for that. I’ll be surprised if Amazon lets this review get through but if it does, great, this is your warning to never ever ever buy an international product because if it ever breaks for whatever reason, Samsung’s fault or not, and it’s still under warranty, Samsung will not honor the warranty in the USA. I liked this tablet so much that I bought another one because it’s the perfect size for me and works just fine.

The A7 Lite arrived within 4 business days, even without Prime. The tablet looked like new with all the accessories in original factory packaging. When I was cleaning the screen to add a screen protector, I noticed faint horizontal lines at the edges and faint scratches- but that was hours after I started handling it and scrubbing with the microfiber cloth and cleaning solution, so I may have caused the issue.Another commenter warned that current version Android doesn’t let you load apps on external storage, and 32/64 gb of internal storage isn’t really enough. I did some Googling and Redditing and experimenting with different apps, and as of April 2023 this is still a problem. If your main goal is a portable device to store entertainment offline, you need to know you will be relying fully on whatever internal storage amount the tablet has. I would recommend looking for a tablet that has minimum 128gb of storage, or instead just get a laptop that swivels into a tablet, or a Chromebook with a big hard drive that swivels and has a touchscreen. A laptop or Chromebook will usually be cheaper than a large storage tablet with comparable RAM memory and internal storage space.

It is a tad slow starting up, but you get what you pay for. It ìsn’t like it’s packed with memory or RAM, There is, however, a place sor a memory card. I put everything from my Samsung phone on it and can make and receive calls.I hope no problems arise as others have experienced. For now, I am 100% satisfied. Major use will be with my Cricut.

. Purchased for use as a music player to bluetooth to the speakers around my pool. It works well for that purpose. The screen is bright and responsive. There is no bloatware. The battery lasts several days (no notifications turned on) when not in use and only lost a few percent from full charge in its inaugural run as my pool music player (3-4 hours). It fits neatly in this waterproof case https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KX8TY10/ for use around the pool. The wifi and bluetooth work well even through a couple of walls and over 30 feet.I doubt you’d be able to use this for high-end gaming, but for simple purposes such as mine, it is a nice little tablet at a decent price.

I wanted a Samsung mini tablet to compliment my other devices and the Tab A7 Lite was really the only choice. Set up was easy, material is high quality. Charging is slow and the device boots up slowly. Once I deleted bloatware, unneeded apps, and made some settings adjustments it runs fast enough. Display quality is quite good. I got this tablet for basic uses only, so it works well for me.

Get yourself a micro sd card and a few emulation apps and your set. Retro arch works great and im able to emulate dreamcast, n64, psp and DS games perfectly. I use other programs for psp and ds cause i like the controls better (touch screen use for da games feels great) but retro arch works great once you set the file path to your sd card. There are youtube tutorials for it but having marvel vs capcom 2 on the go with a bigger screen than my phone rules, plus id rather have this with me on the go instead of my psp considering how expensive theyre getting now lol, you can always use a blutooth controller too. Some dreamcast games stutter a bit but most run smoothly

I upgraded from a Vankyo (cheap off-brand tablet) and couldn’t be happier. The touch screen is more responsive, and the colors are more vibrant. My only complaint is that the new Android 5.0 won’t allow my apps to use the MicroSD card as storage. So I can’t download my books and manga in advance. Other than that, happy as a clam.

. Was holding back for the longest time on getting a portable device as I wasnt sure if I wanted a windows computer 2-in-1 or an android tablet. Finally decided after reading many reviews on this samsung tablet and I’m very happy I did. It has been great using this as a fill-in for a laptop when I bought a keyboard case to use it for work purposes and has also been great at home for streaming shows and movies. The speakers get very loud to the point its surprising but have a very nice sound to them even at the highest levels. Of course don’t expect bumping bass from any laptop or tablet as bass will distort sound on any small speaker trying to play higher frequencies at the same time seems the device has a built-in speaker EQ to make sure bass doesn’t distort the sound or lower the volume which is very nice compared to some cheaper tablets I’ve used. I like being able to auto-connect to my Samsung phones cellular service to share internet or use its hotspot making it very useful anywhere I go. Battery life has been beyond what I expected and outlasts my phone by a large margin even with equal use. Supports fast charging and I’ve been able to screenshare to my tv flawlessly. Only thing that has been a bit awkward is the screen is so shiny and reflective that my fingerprints and any smudges tend to stick out once the screen goes off so I’m constantly wiping it down but go figure with a screen that’s about 4 times the size of my current phone stacked 2×2 so It’s to be expected and only really bothers me once the screen goes dark in a room with an overhead light. Have already recommended to family.

. Overall, for a budget priced tablet, I can’t complain. During the initial setup, I can connect to my 5G Wi-Fi, which I intentionally chose because another review said it can’t. The screen touch is very responsive. Speed is okay, even feel warm at one end of tablet. Video quality is okay for budget tablet. However, maybe I am spoiled by my current battery-dying Samsung Tab A tablet. The screen resolution is not as good as my 7-years-old Samsung tablet. And the function wise is little different between the Samsung and this android tablet. And, during the initial setup, I felt the area close to rear camera is getting warm. I don’t know whether it is causes by CPU, GPU, or Wi-Fi chip set.The current price for a new Samsung is 3-4 times than this budget tablet. But I will choose to save little bit more money for a new Samsung, and return this not-to-bad budget tablet. Once again, this tablet is not a bad choice if money is tight.

. I am not a big tablet user. I use a desktop at home and a laptop when away. I bought this for a specific use, as an upgrade for my tablet I use at craft shows for my Square POS software Bluetoothed to a touchless card reader. Replacing a 5+ YO Samsung with faster processor and larger screen. I didn’t want to pay the price for a name brand when it’s not used often but I was concerned about a generic device pairing correctly to the card reader. Works great for what I bought it for.It comes with a decent case and a screen protector. Screen protector is my only knock. Came with no chemicals, squeegee, or instructions. Attempts to install it resulted in hundreds of air bubbles. Scratched it getting the bubbles out. Trashed it. For my use, the screen won’t see much abuse anyway.

. I just received this tablet which is a replacement for an older Fire 8. The Fire’s wifi reception was slow and being stuck with the Amazon environment were the two major reasons for buying this Tab A7lite. (I did get the Google playstore on it.)So far it’s been an excellent choice. It’s wifi reception is very strong & fast compared to the old Fire. Obviously no hoops to go through to get to the Playstore. It also updated to Android 13 with no problems. The Samsung processor is very quick. Sound is OK, if I need better sound headphones provide it.Waiting to see how the battery performance is. I depleted the battery yesterday to about 20% installing/setting up stuff. So I put it on the enclosed charger. It is NOT a fast charger like my phone.I’ll update this review if something significant come up.UPDATE- This tablet is working great. WIFI reception is very good. A nice feature is the ability to limit its charging to 85% thus helping to prolong battery lifespan. At 85% the battery lasts well over a day of web browsing, emails, watching youtube.

. A 10″ tablet with good battery, tons of RAM and memory, running straight android. No bloatware or ads.Simple straight forward utility tablet. The screen is not quite as glossy as Gorilla glass, but it is OK. It gets better if you clean it. I couldn’t get the screen protector on without bubbles, so I gave up. The only thing I dislike is the speakers. They are excessively “tinny” even for tiny tablet speakers. I mostly use bluetooth headphones or speakers so it’s not a big deal. Since it’s not hundreds of dollars like name brand tablets, I feel comfortable taking it camping or sailing. I’ll be sad if I break it or lose it, but I won’t go broke.

. I Got this brand new in a sealed box. I’ve only had it a few days but so far I’m really happy with it. There are a lot of reviews about this tablet being slow. It is a tiny bit slower then my cellphone, but over all the speed is perfectly fine when using my apps and using google search engine. And i havent had any problems with speed when having multiple tabs open. When I first set up tablet when it arrived, downloading the apps onto this device was a slow process. Not unbearably slow but slower then my 800 dollar apple iPad. I got this tablet for $90, so it is expected that it’s not going to be as fast and fancy as a more expensive device. But after my tablet was all set up I didn’t have any issues with speed that would bother me. I really like it. Keep in mind when buying this you get what you pay for. Compared to just about every tablet out there, this is dirt cheap with only 32gigs of storage. But It’s great as a back up device for my purposes. To have just in case my cellphone gets lost or breaks, I dont want to leave my 800 dollar ipad in my hotel room when I go on vacation so this will be a great extra device to bring with me. This is also good for my Kindle, so my books dont take up storage on my cellphone. I’ve been using it a lot more then i expected and I think it’s a really good device. I highly recommend it. Just make sure it meets your needs before buying and you won’t be disappointed.

. The product itself is well manufactured and is a gem to look at… unfortunately the battery life in this product is worth a hoot… I used this item for little over an hour and a half and the battery life was all but shot. Unless you are okay with being tethered all day long I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Functionality is great a tad bit slow but works just like any other tablet. The protective case that was provided is sleek and well made. My only peeve is the products battery life.

. Bought this to supplement and update the Samsung tablet I bought about 7 years ago. Screen is nice. Instructions/manual are sparse – used the internet to track down some issues. Functions well once it finally wakes up and is ready to be used.Old tablet took 24 seconds to get to the sign it screen and 3 seconds to get to a usable screen. This new one took 54 seconds to get to the sign in screen and 13 seconds to get to a usable screen. Once it gets going, it does everything nicely.

. This tablet looks the same as a slew of other 10.1-inch generic tablets you find listed. But some of those have technical limitations that do not appear in the listed specs – this tablet has none. It is a fully functional, well-rounded machine. It’s only been a couple days, but it’s been quick and responsive, without any noticable app limitation. Even the included cover is hefty, not the cheap flimsy stuff that feels like it’ll break from just touching it, that is typically included as free accessories.A very solid tablet at any price. A fantastic deal at under $100.

It charged quickly to 100% and was quick to setup! Everything worked after setup! Battery charge doesn’t last as long as I anticipated but it wasn’t’t terrible either compared to my more expensive Samsung tablet! Great display! Colors are awesome! So far I’m pleasantly surprised with its performance and speed!Buy it you’ll like it, but I must admit I have setup numerous android devices over the years so my experience helped me a lot!

. I have very strong WiFi in our house and use many devices ie, iPad, phones and laptop. This tablet is so slow that it will time itself out sometimes trying to download an app and or upload an online game. It’s just not fun to operate because of this issue. Also it takes a long time to charge, and the battery doesn’t last very long at all.

. I upgraded from a Galaxy A8 and loving this tablet, except for the current software bug effecting these A9 models. There is an issue with the multi-point touch such as when pinch zooming or playing a game that involves 2 fingers touching at the same time. It is very glitchy. You kinda have to finesse the pinch zoom with a light touch and it will work. If you don’t play games and aren’t constantly using the pinch zoom function which most probably aren’t, you will hardly notice the issue. Though if you play games involving multi-touch, this will be a problem for you. Strangely though, if you plug corded headphones into the jack, the problem stops, really weird. It does seem to just be a software bug though and Samsung should be able to fix the problem with an update patch. Unfortunately little problems like this are just part of the technological world we live in now and occasionally happens to the devices we use and they need to be updated. Other than that though… This tablet feels nice and light, runs fast and smooth with the upgraded processor and increased 8GB of RAM on the A9+ model, and the screen has a beautiful bright picture with nice deep and vibrant colors. I did a side by side HD video comparison with my A8 and the picture on the A9 is quite a noticeable improvement. And I see people saying that there’s didn’t come with a charger as if it’s a mistake. It is not a mistake, Samsung doesn’t send chargers with their products anymore. They say it’s to minimize their impact on the environment or whatever, and also because I think they know most people have plenty of charging blocks and USB C cables laying around at this point being that so many products use them now, and if you don’t you can buy one very cheap. With all that said, if you can deal with the current multi-touch problem until it’s fixed, I highly recommend getting this tablet as everything else about it is great!

. I have had the A9+ now for 10 days so I have got a good feel for it and as far as tablets under $250 this will be tough to beat. I love the big screen that comes with it. It’s great for Netflix and YouTube or anything else like that. You don’t get 4K with this tablet but 1080 is more than good enough. You get great audio and the battery life is exceptional. On a full charge you get 2 days of use and thats with me heavily using it. I recommend getting the 128 gb version of this tablet given its a tremendous value. If you are use to using a laptop or a PC this tablet comes equipped with Samsung Dex which gives you that same look and feel so that’s a big plus. Overall it’s a really good tablet for the price that comes with a lot of bells and whistles you see with a expensive tablet. I highly recommend!

En resumen estoy satisfecho con la compra.

. Excellent value. Setup via wifi to my phone was as easy as it gets. I can use it as a smartphone if my phone is nearby. Battery life seems very good. Great audio. Basically a great smartphone with a large screen.

. Looked at plenty of reviews and prices on different tablets. Came across this tablet and decided to try it out. This tablet is like a bigger version of a Samsung phone. Quality picture and great sound to match. I really enjoy this tablet’s speed, it is amazing just like my Samsung phone. This tablet is worth buying and the price is not as steep as other tablets I looked at.

. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A9+ 8/128 model and inputted a 128 GB Samsung SD card and am able to offset app space and downloads right to the card to conserve space. I have had the tablet for a week and have no speed or input issues, and visually the tablet itself is sleek. I am using for work and have had no productivity issues sharing service and apps between my ZFold 3. I recommend purchase, I shopped around for two months and am happy with my choice. Will provide update in 6 months but anticipate no issues. Battery lasts roughly 32 hours on full charge with mid to full use each day. I am happy with that. Fast charging is complete in 1.5 hour’s from 5%. Regardless, research anyway and make the best choice for you.

. This tablet has been doing very well for me. There is a transfer program built in that helps you step by step move your data from your old Samsung Galaxy Tab to this new one. The processor is very good, there is a plentiful amount of RAM, and there still are ports you can plug into. I got the “HXCASEAC Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+/ A9 Plus Case 11 Inch”, and it is also the second time I’ve bought this case. Protective rubber, and a built in screen protector. Shamefully I was upgrading from a Tab 7, and probably wouldn’t have done that if the batteries hadn’t swollen and gotten hot. But back to this tablet. If you’ve had a Tab before, worry not, here things just got better. The colors, the feels, it’s all there. I purchased a 1TB MicroSD card and it has a home in this Tab 9+. Beyond that I’m not sure what I can say about this Tab, oh yeah, it’s from Samsung so it’s full of Samsung goodness.

. i orginaly got this for my digital keyboard and media consumption. but then i started using it for school and to help me study. imo it was very worth its price. i ended up buying another for a family member since it was so useful and affordable. i dont use it to write notes but i did play around with writing on it and it didnt seem bad at all i just enjoy paper notes more. the battery life is great and the screen is nice. obviously its not an ultra 4k hd +++ screen but it is very nice and i never feel like i need more. in my time using it i have not felt like i needed more in any aspect. i havent used the dex mode since i dont need it but i can imagine it working very nicely since i always have multiple apps open when doing school work. it has helped me so much from what i originally got it for and very much exceeded my expectations.if your looking for a very nice inexpensive tablet theres no reason not to get this one. i have the 8g ram and its never felt slow. i bought a 4gb for a family member and they have never noticed any issues with it.

. The device is very thin and much faster and lighter than her previous model a Galaxy Tab A8. One of the BEST features is the Samsung Smart Switch. IT transfer all her settings, Accounts, Games and current game data. PAINLESS!It’s a good idea to make sure both old and new devices are fully charged. Her transfer took about 1.5 Hours, maybe more. The screen is sharp, battery life is improved. This device is a great value.

. I’ve had this tablet for about a day and put it through it’s paces with all the streaming apps that I use – except one that won’t work with the tablet because it hasn’t been updated by the service – and it worked wonderfully for all of them. The Full-HD capable screen is bright and punchy, while the speakers are crisp and clear with or without the Dolby Atmos sound enhancement turned on. As far as gaming goes, it’s not a gaming tablet by any means, but it will play most older Android titles fairly well, particularly the puzzle games or JRPG ports from various companies like Kemco and Square-Enix. The one and only area in which this tablet falls short in all metrics is the WiFi, as Samsung chose to use a cheap WiFi chip that only has a single connection – that means no MIMO WiFi – and it tops out at 433Mbps, which means it’s WiFi is sub-par and does not pair well with the speedy CPU and RAM that would give super-fast download speeds and a stronger WiFi connection with a 2×2 WiFi design. Apart from that, the tablet is almost perfect, though some may find Samsung’s latest One UI to be clunky and awkward to use, as it has some quirky design flaws that detract from usability in comparison to regular Android tablets that use Google’s own interface.

. I’ve had some problems with video lag in one of the streaming service apps but others work just fine. The battery life isn’t that great. I have to charge it every day. It is very quick to charge though. It didn’t have a ridiculous number of apps preinstalled. I’m fine with what was on there. It’s been simple to use. Basically plug and play. I really don’t have any complaints and didn’t expect much for the price. But it’s been great. Oh, the cover isn’t that great but it actually came with one! And a screen protector too. All around, I’m very happy.

. This tablet is incredibly affordable, offering great value for electronic devices. I’ve tried it out, and it’s quite decent, making it perfect for seniors or kids to watch videos or do homework, thanks to its much larger screen compared to smartphones, enhancing the TV-watching experience. Plus, the delivery was impressively quick—I got it the next day. So far, there haven’t been any issues, so you can confidently make a purchase.

. After a long long time my old Samsung 7″ tablet finally conked out. It was too slow and didn’t have enough storage anyway. I knew I was going to buy another Samsung, but wanted a good deal. I splurged and bought the SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A9+ 11” Tablet w/ 128GB of storage. My God this is super FAST…. If you are watching a video it’s like having a small TV in your lap, table or hand. The speed and storage is incredible. Plus lots and lots of new features since my old one. (Suggestion: buy a screen protector and a cover to keep it like new)

. I have always been a kindle fire user. I decided to step outside of the box and try out the android . To be honest, the price is why I chose this one . IMO this is the perfect scenario of getting what you pay for . When it arrived, my first thoughts were that it just felt “cheap”. So ok, the important part was the functionality . I got it turned on and began the process of getting it set up . Again, it just felt so generic . At this point I was pushing myself to have an open mind . I tried to keep that mind open for a week, and it just wasn’t working . The sound is horrible . I struggled to hear it while watching movies . ( no problem with my hearing in general ). It definitely ran a lot slower than I thought it would . It just wasn’t a good fit for me . I have started the return process and will just stick to kindle fires .

. This Android 13, 6 GB, 64 GB tablet has far exceeded my expectations. The look and design of the tablet is very sleek and appealing. The performance of the tablet has been amazing so far.It comes with a very nice case and a high quality screen protector. The six gigabytes for processing speed is so much better than the two GB tablet that I was replacing. Android 13 is also a much faster operating system.I would definitely recommend this tablet to anyone that wants a well-functioning inexpensive option for a tablet.

. I just got this Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 11 inch model. I ordered an IPAD 5th generation from Amazon to see which I would like. The Tab A9+ 11-inch model appears to be a clear winner. I previously had an 8-inch Galaxy Tab7 lite which was about 8 inches. This new Tabsa9 plus is 11 inches, so about 1.5 inches longer and wider. For ereaders (I use LIBBY) it is a bit big, but slender and can still fit on the top of treadmill ledges and is a decent size for airplane travel. The new tablet is super light so hardly any weight difference. Screen is super bright and the computing power is fast. I’m a mac/apple user, but found that it seems to be seamlessly and quickly connecting to my iphone 15. I ordered an electronic pen for writing notes, and the size of this seems perfect for it. I also ordered a glass screen protector and a case, both were cheap. This tab device is fantastic in that you can easily buy and load additional storage space. It is a Ferrari of an ereader, but with the electronic pen writing capacity plus colorful screen, and fast computing power, it works great as a notebook style computer. Really, for the money (it retails for $219) it is a fantastic buy. The ipads from Apple were all 3-5 times the price. To get an ipad for this price I needed to go to an old, who-knows how long it will work, 2017 model ipad. No question, this is a wonderful product by Samsung, and I’m speaking as a fan of Apple. I totally recommend this tablet at this time at least. Once I start really using it If I have any dissatisfactions I’ll post an edited review.

Once I start really using it If I have any dissatisfactions I’ll post an edited review.

. I purchased this tablet primary for reading as I needed something that could run the Cloud Library app for digital library books. So far, it has served me well with no issues. The Samsung A9 replaces my Kindle Fire and it is faster and far superior. I have streamed video and played a few games on it as well and it does it’s jobs. If you’re not looking for anything with lots of bells and whistles, this is a good, middle of the road tablet.

. Excellent value and the screen is vivid and responsive (like all Samsung products). I opted to NOT get the version for a phone service as I can always link my smartphone to this screen if needed. It readily connects to wifi and I suggest using a VPN for security (as well as using the Brave browser and turning off typical Google data harvesting features like location). It does not come with a USB-C power source, just a cable. If you don’t have one a charger with this output , consider buying one when you purchase the tablet. I also found it charges well from another USB-C charger I normally use for my smartphone. You will probably also want to get a screen protector – there are MANY brands and types available to select from at costs ranging from $5 to about $80. I chose one that protects the screen and serves as a stand, but is flat and allows me to carry the tablet in my vest without worrying about scratching the screen.

. This is my 4th Samsung galaxy tablet. Each has been an upgrade. Where do I start? The larger screen is nice. The graphics are awesome. The sound with the Dolby Atmos system is really great. The smooth screen refresh rate is amazing. The colors are rich. The better wifi connections are so nice. I really enjoy using my new tablet. Getting it on sale was a bonus. For the price, it can’t be beat. Transferring everything from my old tablet was seamless. I can’t say enough about this tablet. Highly recommended!!!

. This thing is great! Large screen and long battery life. Using it for work so not really stressing it out at all but it runs smoothly. The camera sticks out a good amount so if you plan to not use a case be aware of that. And it takes a long time to charge up even on a super fast charger (no super charge option only fast and normal) but still over night its good to go. Expandable storage is really nice and it seamlessly captured the data from my current samsung device.

. My old samsung tablet died after many years of use. I knew I wanted another samsung so I tried several different ones before going with this one.I liked the large screen of the 12.4″ A9 FE, but with a case, it was heavier than I was looking for and felt too large for travelling. I looked at a different samsung 11″, but the graphics were not as good as the 12.4″. But this one does have the nice graphics and with a case, it doesn’t feel too heavy and is compact enough for travel. More than I wanted to spend on a tablet, but given my previous Samsung tablet lasted about 10 years, I decided it was worth it and so far, it has been.

. It’s fast, clear, and overall a really nice tablet. I haven’t utilized all the features yet. I do like the fact it has a privacy folder which requires a separate password. This comes in handy for my health and shopping apps or any personal folders I may create. The one thing I wish it would have come with was a charger. I did have to purchase one separately which I purchased from Amazon. So far the battery life has been good. It also has a feature you can set so the tablet doesn’t charge over 85 percent. It’s supposed to be better for the battery if you don’t charge to 100 percent. So far I am happy with my purchase.

. This is a great little tablet it’s very fast and efficient has good storage. I use it for my business and it’s amazing fits perfectly in my tote bag I’d recommend getting a keyboard for it depending on the work you do other than that beautiful tablet for an unbeatable price

. I got the 128 model on the Amazon sale a few days ago. The only reason I bought it was for traveling because I did not want to drag around my 2022 IPad Air and possibly lose, or mess up, a 500.00 tablet. So……like the headline states……it’s OK for the price. Not the retail price, but the sale price. Last year I bought the Fire 11 for the same reason, travel, but ended up returning it after a few days due to a price drop and Amazon refusing to offer a price match discount. Along those lines………..I tried my best and spoke to numerous people over an 8 month period but Amazon refused to return or credit the 70 or so I received from trading in two cheaper Amazon tablets when I bought the 11. I have been informed, over and over again by Customer Service, you lose the trade-in on a return. Now, I cannot find this ANYWHERE in the trade-in policy. But there it is so be forewarned.I would say both the tablets are very similar, with a slight edge maybe to the Samsung with the 8GB vs 4GB on the Fire. Neither are as smooth as the Air, but that is where the price difference comes in. When I bought this I believe the Fire was 199 and the A9+ was 209. For an additional 4GB of memory 10 bucks is good for me. Plus, I had no more available trade-ins for the 20% discount. As for the tablet itself….. The sound is fine, picture is fine, and I really prefer Google Apps as they just seem to have more of what I want. I imagine build quality is similar. Now for the apps…….Prime video was loaded, along with Peacock, Disney, MGM, HBO/Max, Paramount……all my streaming services with one glaring, if not unexpected, exception. Apple+ TV. I found an ITunes app, but no TV app. Maybe the Fire has it, I don’t know.I also loaded Samsung SmartSwitch which allowed me to sync info from my IPhone. No issues, worked well although it did take a minute using wireless connectivity. The tablet did not come with a plug as has been noted many times. I guess, you know, is it a big deal if you have other electronics? No. But if this was your only one…….I mean, really? Is that plug really saving all that much money off the list price? Some of these things the corporations do nowadays just seem silly/greedy.As far as charging goes, this seemed to be another hot topic. So, using an Apple 20W Fast Charger, the tablet went from 13% to 100% in about 2 1/2 hours. If I went USB-C only I would guess more than double that time would be required. I did make sure Fast Charge was on in the tablet…..it shipped that way.The battery did seem to wear down rather quickly, but not fast enough to return the tablet. The phone transfer was about 30 minutes, and all I did other than that was load Apps and change some settings for a few hours. This took me from 50 to 13%. How that compares to my Air, no idea. But it is acceptable. One thing I do not like…..and maybe I just need to try a bit harder…..I cannot figure out how to get Auto Blocker turned on. It’s right there in Settings, but greyed out as is two other advanced settings below it. I just keep seeing a spiral up top right like something is trying to load. Only thing I can figure out is if you have free apps loaded you cannot block the pop-ups or whatever.Wi-Fi hooked up right away so I did not bother trying my phones Hot Spot. Other than that, I see no issues with this tablet. At the right price, of course!

At the right price, of course!

Is that plug really saving all that much money off the list price? . Battery life has good endurance. Screen view is good and large enough. Works great for my solitaire and jigsaw puzzle games. Pictures, videos and photographs seem well defined. Setup was fairly simple. Really like this tablet.

. First thing is first, this is a budget tablet and that must be kept in mind when buying it. This is not a Sammy Tab S Ultra and wont perform like one. (I have that beast also) Keeping this in mind, this tablet is not meant for high performance things like some gaming. I personally bought this table for use as a media device to place in a mount in my garage over the work bench. For my use case I opted for the 4gb/64gb option, the heftier 8gb/128gb version might be a better performer with the doubling of your RAM.Build quality is awesome for a budge tablet. No plastic anywhere in the frame or back cover. Buttons and screen are responsive and look great. Screen brightness is good for indoors but lacks a bit in direct sunlight where it can be hard to see some things. Comes with a charging cable but no charging brick. I have plenty around but keep this in mind if you don’t have a bunch laying around in a drawer. Tablet is light and easy to carry around. Bezels are minimal. Wifi and bluetooth connections are stable without any dropouts that I have noticed. Speakers are decent on their own and loud enough. Battery life is average under heavy use like streaming video. Samsung’s One UI has never been my favorite skin of Android and it shows on this tablet. I find that there can be lags and a bit of stuttering when maneuvering around the settings and swiping screens in general but that goes away while in apps. Again this might not be as noticeable in the 8gb RAM version.Overall I very pleased with the purchase. At the time of purchase this was only $10 more than a Fire HD 10 2023 and I can honestly say it puts that to shame as I have used both. Build, screen, software and no ads all make this a no brainer if you can hold out for a sale.

. I was looking at the Pixel tablet for $500 but I already have 3 Google assistants and an echo dot. This tablet from Samsung is perfect at $169. The snapdragon processor allows it to work as smooth and fast as any cellphone. The size is great, and the picture and sound quality are terrific as well. Speaking of sound, I laughed at “quadrophonic surround sound”. We’re talking tiny little speakers in a tablet. Boy was I surprised, in fact if you hold the tablet close to your head it’s like the sound of headphones without having anything in or on your ears.Cons:The cameras aren’t great but I would never take pics with a tablet. It has no IP rating but I use it indoorsIt doesn’t support wireless charging, a feature that I would likeIt has no fingerprint scan which I really miss as I use that feature for all my secure apps

. We have had an galaxy A7 and A8 for years. Our family has lived in the budget tablet space because it fits our meager budget. Typically we get them for 130 to 150 dollars on Black Friday etc.. We have been very happy with them. I thought the A7 to be better than the A8 for processor speed. The A9+ has been a step up in every way. Larger screen, faster processor, more memory and more storage. The reason for getting it wasn’t that our old ones died but that my pre-teen and teen daughters have hogged the old ones till I and my wife never get to use them. Not that we do a huge amount but sometimes it just works better for us instead of a laptop. I had been looking for newer generation nice laptop still in the budget space and this finally rose to my attention when it showed up on sale. I got the nicer unit on sale for 200ish dollars. Base one was 169.I would love to have one of the flagship tablets but it’s not financially practical. However if I’m missing something not having one It’s hard to tell. The screen is bright and clear, it’s snappy, WiFi is fast, I added a 1.5 tb sd card for massive media storage, and sound is loud and crisp to me. Also since my phone and other tablets are Samsung also, the setup process was very smooth and fast. I used my phone and it automatically put my account, apps and other stuff from my phone on the tablet without me having to set a lot of stuff up again.I would get this again.oh… always get a very good case and a tempered glass screen protector. It’s the reason we are still using 4 year old tablets that are still in mint condition.

It’s the reason we are still using 4 year old tablets that are still in mint condition.

It has no IP rating but I use it indoorsIt doesn’t support wireless charging, a feature that I would likeIt has no fingerprint scan which I really miss as I use that feature for all my secure apps

. This tablet ticked all the boxes for me. For starters, the big screen is nice and the screen resolution is awesome. I wanted this tablet as a back up for watching movies, documentaries, world travels, etc., and it delivers! It has a decent sound on its own, but paired with my Bluetooth Bose SoundLink Flex speaker, the sound is phenomenal. It also pairs well with my UBL 4, which is also a great speaker. At 128GB, there’s plenty here for my purposes. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ve had it for about a month now and the novelty of it has not worn off yet. Methinks it won’t either!I highly recommend the Samsung Tablet A9+. It’s affordable and really packs a punch where you need it.

. I’ve always been a Kindle Fire guy, I’ve even tried the new Kindle Fire Max 11, which I don’t like at all due to the confusingly cobbled set up. Then the Galaxy Tab 9a+11 came along. What a great tablet, fast speed, beautiful picture and sound system. The Google Play Store is already installed so you have access to tons of apps along with a lot of nice security features, installed apps and settings. Sorry Amazon (not). Well worth the money in my opinion.

. I’ve been wanting a tablet for awhile for personal use such as watch videos, play games, and scroll social media. I have always been solely an Apple user but the iPads were out of my price range. I knew nothing about Samsung or the android operating system so I did a lot of research before ordering this tablet. It was incredibly affordable which initially made me skeptical, but the reviews seemed promising so I took the plunge and ordered. Immediately, I noticed the drastic difference between Apple and Samsung. It was a bit of a learning curve for me, but I just played around with the settings and quickly got the hang of it. Dare I say…as a 15 year Apple and iPhone user, I am very impressed with this tablet and am even considering making the switch to an android phone as well! The ability to customize is just amazing. You can customize just about every single aspect on this tablet. Designing my home screen was so fun, there’s so much creative opportunity! I can get every app that I have on my iPhone, minus the basic Apple apps which is fine! If you do have a Samsung phone, connecting it will be super easy. I was able to easily find how to do it while I was playing around in the settings. This tablet is very pretty and sleek, with a thin, light-weight build that will make traveling with it easy. The battery life is really good; a full charge will last me an entire day! I do notice that I have to restart it at least once every other day or else the operating system will really slow down. That’s a little annoying but it’s fine. Keep in mind how I mentioned in the beginning that I only use it for basic use anyway. If you are someone that needs more something more advanced, then I would suggest paying the extra money for something higher-quality. This tablet would be perfect for anyone who only needs the basics when it comes to tablets, or even kids as well!

. I’ve played around with various tablets in the past, but am very impressed with the Samsung Galaxy A9+ Tablet! Really good performance at a budget-friendly price point. Processing speed is fast, with really smooth navigation and nice split screen functionality. Pre-loaded with some apps, but without a lot of the unnecessary bloatware you typically find on devices. Sound quality is good, and the tablet itself is sleek, thin, and lightweight, for easy daily use. Has an expandable micro SD card port that can handle up to a 1TB card, which is nifty, and there are lots of neat options built into the OS that make it feel very modern and enjoyable. For the price, this should satisfy most of your needs and give you a lasting tablet without breaking your budget. Only con is that the camera is just okay, but it’s not a deal-breaker as tablets aren’t primarily used for that these days anyway. All in all, a fantastic tablet that will give you a lot of bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend!

. I usually stick with apple products, but when shopping for a much needed tablet I found Apple to be very expensive. I came across this tablet because it was budget friendly without sacrificing quality. This tablet is very sturdy and fast with awsome image quality, also the battery life is decent. I would 100% recommend this if you’re looking for something budget friendly but also great quality.

. I have been an avid user of Samsung phones for many years now, and familiarity is certainly a selling point with me. I love that I was able to connect the included cable and transfer everything (apps, contacts, photos, etc) directly from my phone to this unit in just a few minutes. Everything showed up just like my phone, and that made it so much more easy to use.I love the look and feel of the unit. The responsiveness and speed is certainly on-par with my phone, and the screen has a beautiful color and crispness. Switching in and out of apps is a breeze.Functionally, it works like my Samsung Galaxy. I’m not a big gaming person, so I can’t really tell you much about that. However, it is nice because I didn’t have to change much in the settings since it basically cloned everything from my phone.I like that I was able to install a 128GB MicroSD card for added space as well. Transferring my saved MP3 files allows me to listen to music whenever I want. I also like that I can use Bluetooth headphones or plug-ins with this unit. Even without headphones, the unit has a really nice sound with 4 internal speakers.I would HIGHLY recommend this unit, especially to anyone with a Samsung phone!

. My main tablet is a Galaxy Tab S8, it is my work and home tablet. I keep a secondary one for when I’m out and about and there is a risk of something happening to it. Going to the club to read or going on vacation. I have a Tab A7 Lite that I would use for casual reading when out, but the response time and scrolling speed was maddingly slow. The A9+ went on sale so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s not as quick as the S8 but more than satisfactory for browser reading. The resolution isn’t as high so the screen isn’t as clean but again, for its purpose it’s fine. Quite frankly I rarely ever use the stylus so that’s not an issue. Otherwise I have it set up almost exactly like the S8. It gets security updates until 10/27 as far as I can tell so I’m happy with it.

. I am always really hesitant buying electronics; just never seems to work out the way I want. I’m relieved that this was a great purchase, exactly what I needed.I’m autistic and my phone wasn’t cutting it for my AAC. Scrolling through 26 pages in my app to tell my doctor sitting was getting old. So I needed something with a bigger screen. Figured I might as well get one good enough for movies and games too. Most tablets I’ve had are too small or if larger they are just too slow. This one is fantastic. Big screen, lightweight, and fast!I’m really pleased. And I only have to scroll within 3 pages for most of my stuff 😀Highly recommend.

. I had the smaller cellular Samsung tablet that is still for sale on here….what a piece of garbage. I was scared to buy another but took a chance since it was the first dud Samsung product Ive had. This one is fantastic. Very responsive. I haven’t had any issues. The large screen is great. Flying a drone with it is amazing.

. You end up searching and searching. After finding deals galore with all the tech specs you’ve wanted for half price, I simply went with old reliable. This is our third Samsung tab A. This one is superior to the others. My 12 year old uses it for school, art, and gaming. She has yet to complain about speed, connection, freezing etc. It just works and I’d say if you’re not looking for top of the line with specialized features, I can’t imagine how this A9+ wouldn’t work for most people. 8 GBS ram is quite functional right now. Battery is good, screen is good, colors are good and storage space is good. Totally worth the sale price of $230.
