Refund Policy for UnRestricted Inc.
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund procedures and conditions for customers using the services provided by UnRestricted Inc. (“UnRestricted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or accessing our website, customers agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before using our services.
1. Refunds for Placed Orders:
1.1. Once an order has been successfully placed on the online store through UnRestricted’s pre-order service, customers are not eligible for a refund. As UnRestricted acts solely as a facilitator for the purchase of products on behalf of customers, the ownership of the products rests with the respective online store upon successful order placement.
2. Refunds for Unplaced Orders:
2.1. Customers can request a refund only if their order has yet to be completed through UnRestricted’s pre-order service. In such cases, UnRestricted will process the refund in accordance with this Policy.
3. Refunds for Price Changes:
3.1. Customers who make a payment for an order through UnRestricted may be eligible for a refund if the customers order changes in monetary value and UnRestricted has not purchased the order on behalf of the customer as yet.
3.2. The customer shall be entitled to a refund, subjected to the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made by the customer within 3 days from the date of payment receipt and must be accompanied by the relevant proof of payment and other required documents.
- A refund fee of $3.50 shall be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, but UnRestricted reserves the right to approve the refund to a different method at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Procedure:
4.1. To request a refund, customers must contact UnRestricted’s customer support team through the designated contact channels provided on our website.
4.2. Customers must provide all necessary information and documentation to support their refund request, including proof of identification, order details, proof of payment, and any other relevant information as required by UnRestricted.
4.3. UnRestricted reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of refund requests before processing the refund.
4.4. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after verification of the request and will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
5. Exclusions:
5.1. This Policy does not cover refund requests for products or services provided by third-party online stores. Customers must adhere to the refund policies of the respective online stores for such cases.
6. Refund Discretion:
6.1. UnRestricted reserves the right to exercise discretion in processing refund requests based on the specific circumstances of each case.
7. Amendment to Refund Policy:
7.1. UnRestricted reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting on our website.
